Pre-Wedding Activities

There are multiple groups planning different activities from fishing excursions to hiking to wine tastings and shopping. If you would like to participate in any of these activities or are recruiting participants for an activity, please reach out to Crystal and she can put you in touch with the right groups or people.

Rehearsal Dinner (Wedding Party Only)

The night before the wedding, there will be a private rehearsal dinner for our wedding party and immediate family. This is an invitation-only event (sorry, we wish everyone could be there...) If you are part of the wedding party, you will receive separate details for this gathering but for everyone else, I'm sure there will be an opportunity for a night cap with us all together afterwards ;)

Ceremony

📍 St. Mary’s Church, Stevensville, Montana
🕐 Saturday - 1:00 PM 

Our wedding ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass, lasting approximately one hour. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 12:30 PM to find their seats before the ceremony begins.

Between Ceremony & Reception

Following the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will remain for a few photos. Guests who are not part of the bridal party will have time to explore the beautiful Bitterroot Valley or head into Missoula to enjoy local restaurants, shops, galleries, or just unwind for a bit.

Reception

📍 The Florence Building, Missoula, Montana
🕔 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Our reception begins at 5:00 PM with drinks. The bride, groom, and bridal party will make their grand entrance shortly after.

Bar Details: Complimentary wine and beer will be available, with bar essentials (liquor, cocktails, etc.) available for purchase.

  6:35 PM – Father-Daughter & Groom-Mother Dances
  6:50 PM –Dancing Opens!!!!
  9:50 PM – Second Line Send-Off
  10:00 PM – Reception Ends
